Welcome to Ultlist, operated by Ultimate Vision. This Custom-Curated Lists Request Policy (“Policy”) is designed to inform you about the terms and conditions under which you can request custom-curated lists tailored to your preferences as part of your membership with us.
By subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Eligibility
This service is available to all active members of Ultlist who have subscribed to any of our membership plans. You must be in good standing with your membership payments to be eligible for this service.
Request Frequency
As an active member, you are entitled to request one custom-curated list per month. Additional requests within the same month may not be entertained.
Request Procedure
To initiate a request for a custom-curated list, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your member account on ultlist.com. ultlist.com/lists-request/
- Navigate to the “Lists Request” section.
- Fill out the request form with the necessary details, specifying your preferences and requirements.
- Submit the form for review.
Approval Process
Upon receiving your request, our team will review it to ensure it aligns with our capabilities and guidelines. While we strive to approve all requests, there are circumstances under which a request may not be approved. These include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive complexity or specificity that goes beyond our curation capabilities.
- Requests that violate our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other policies.
- Requests that involve illegal or unethical activities.
Privacy and Publication
By default, all approved custom-curated lists will be published publicly on our platform. If you wish to have your list sent privately to you, an additional fee will apply. Payment details for this option will be sent to you via email.
Notification
You will be notified via email about the status of your request. If approved, the custom-curated list will be delivered to you within a timeframe specified in the notification.
Limitations and Exceptions
Ultlist reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate this service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
